Based on our research, investors are attracted to advisors who are “warm,” as well as competent. Most websites focus on demonstrating competence, which has the unwanted effect of coming across as cold and impersonal.
We wanted viewers to get to know Mark as a person first, and then to consider his background and qualifications. That’s the reason we included images of Mark and his family and discussed his values.
We are also believers in niche marketing, where possible. Mark’s background as an IT professional made it only logical for him to focus his practice on that demographic.
